Kristie Sellers holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Louisiana State University and a BS in Marketing from Louisiana Tech University where she graduated Cum Laude and studied abroad in Italy. Kristie’s professional career of nearly 30 years working with entrepreneurs has honed her understanding of business owners’ needs. She first developed the desire to consult while working with the Small Business Institute Program, a division of the SBA, to assist businesses that were growing rapidly, changing dramatically or experiencing losses.
Since then, her focus and passion has been to consult with executives across industries on solutions that improve cash flow, operating efficiencies, customer satisfaction and loyalty to generate or sustain growth. Her ability to identify gaps in processes, fill gaps in departments, and bridge gaps between generations has made her an invaluable resource. She has been called upon to implement vision strategies, strengthen infrastructures, design sales programs and orchestrate buy/sale transactions for small businesses and mid-sized companies, from start up to over $200 million in revenues resulting in an enhanced life for the business owner. The positive impact on the business owner is her oxygen, her reason for being. Kristie is a regular speaker on these topics, as well as, on business start-ups, expansions and exit strategies, including the role the banking industry and consulting plays in each of those scenarios.
